[/quote] We didn't have any of that until this year, following a turnaround in 2011 due to job changes for both of us. Before that we were down to three mortgage payments in the bank, no income for more than six months and $40K in credit card debt - we were charging everything except the mortgage payment. So yes, I feel like we have been playing catchup on a lot of financial issues.[/quote]
