BEBE has  small sizes but the core audience seems to be "ladies of the evening."  The Duchess of Windsor famously said: "No one can be too rich or too thin."   Her skinny body was clothed in custom made designer outfits.  Solution: Add a seamstress or two to your household staff of chef, butler, gardener ..... Oh! That's Downton Abbey not DC.     [/quote]
