Ugh, I have the same issue. I was born a preemie, 2 months early so I've always been on the small side. I'm 5'7" and barely 100lbs (size 24 or 25 waist), not my fault, I eat EVERYTHING. Anyways, that's besides the point. I love Express Columnist pants (straight leg, size 00S fit) but there's such a limited selection in stores and they're $80/pair. My bf called my current work pants (flare dress pants from Kohls) frumpy so now I envision myself looking like Pam from The Office -_- This thread is extremely helpful so thank you! FYI, invest in a sewing machine and practice, it makes alterations soooo much more affordable! Outlet shopping is nice too. Oh, I've also gotten a shift dress, a pencil skirt and a pair of pinstripe slacks from H&M that fit really well. Does anyone know of boot cut work pants that might look good on a thin frame? All boot cut pants I've tried give me that frumpy look and they end up looking like wide leg pants as opposed to boot cut. Maybe it's just not the right fit. Oh and I'm looking for more tightly fitting clothes because regular sized clothes then to get baggy on me and end up showing more skin. Like when you lean over and the chest area sags and is revealing. THANKS!
