Oakridge seems to turnover AP's every year or two, so what's the common denominator? Also, my viewpoint on leadership is that you should create new leaders. Best football coaches produce assistants that get promotions. At Oakridge, it seems as if AP's get moved in and moved out. Seems as if they're disposable and look for other schools to actually improve and grow. [/quote]
