There are many elementary schools with stable administrative teams. Oakridge seems to turnover AP's every year or two, so what's the common denominator?

Also, my viewpoint on leadership is that you should create new leaders. Best football coaches produce assistants that get promotions. At Oakridge, it seems as if AP's get moved in and moved out. Seems as if they're disposable and look for other schools to actually improve and grow.

So leadership level, meaning principal or administrative team? It seems as if Oakridge rolls through AP's, which is usually not a good sign.

At the elementary level, leadership is pretty much just the principal and, to a lesser degree, the asst. principal.
And you are correct, the AP issue is not a good sign.
