I don’t discount the reports above, but I’ve never seen her be anything but kind. (In both roles, I have waited a long time in the holding area, sometimes 30+ minutes, so it seems I should have noticed the alleged poor behavior by now.) As such, the above posters who have a positive or neutral opinion about her — swimmers included — may have never seen the behavior reported in this thread.[/quote]
