Just them, and it's quite hypocritical. If they truly felt this strongly about the issue, they would sit out their whole season in protest. I think they just regretted saying yes to hosting and found a way to weasel out.[/quote]

Not from that pool but are nearby. They have hosted this event on and off for years and have done a fabulous job.  They have no issue with hosting. Stop being a douche. [/quote]

The stand is likely the team reps and pool board.  We are all volunteers and believe it or not we put the kids first.  Your statement says to me you don't get that part or do the minimum in volunteering to check a box.

These people do a LOT and yes they are making a stand but what kind of looney would punish all the kids?  I guarantee these volunteers bend over backwards to try and create an amazing experience for not only their kid but yours as well.

Not hosting a league meet is an on point political statement.  Not swimming a season would break hundreds of swimmers' hearts. [/quote]
