Currently it is not being held. The one location fell through and no one has stepped up. If by next month there is no location it will not held this summer.
Where is this reported in minutes or a memo?

Unlike PVS, minutes don’t seem to be available for NVSL. Not sure why there is no more transparency.
Your team rep can update you on what happened. It is not some state secret. The board basically said we need a pool to host. Most pools cannot sell the idea of closing a pool down for two days in summer to membership. Boards and HOAs won't allow it either.
If families want this event they should be lobbying their team reps and pool boards to host at your own pool. NVSL will help.
There are old threads where it is discussed pools that are able to host effectively and very few pools can run a meet that big. They lack real estate for teams to set up, parking or deck space.
Lincolnia Park was an amazing location for ASR. Tons of real estate and parking.
IAS is so much bigger and a ton of work with zero incentive for the host. No one wants to do the work.

If the stance is that the NVSL position is intolerable and Lincolnia Park can't host a meet under it, then they should not host ANY meets under it and have a season of B meets. That's what values and principles are-- not just for when it is convenient.
i completely disagree with Lincolnia Park- they are wrong both in their interpretation of how the rule changed, and they are also dramatically wrong to oppose kids swimming with their own biological sexes. That being said, I disagree with the above. There is a difference between participating in the league, and hosting a league wide meet. If they feel they have been wronged by the league- its legitimate to say they won't host the league wide meet.

Other than LP, who is complaining?
Just them, and it's quite hypocritical. If they truly felt this strongly about the issue, they would sit out their whole season in protest. I think they just regretted saying yes to hosting and found a way to weasel out.
Not from that pool but are nearby. They have hosted this event on and off for years and have done a fabulous job. They have no issue with hosting. Stop being a douche.
The douchey thing is making a commitment and then backing out while not actually feeling strongly enough about the "injustice" to back out of the whole season. You either mean it or you don't.
The stand is likely the team reps and pool board. We are all volunteers and believe it or not we put the kids first. Your statement says to me you don't get that part or do the minimum in volunteering to check a box.
These people do a LOT and yes they are making a stand but what kind of looney would punish all the kids? I guarantee these volunteers bend over backwards to try and create an amazing experience for not only their kid but yours as well.
Not hosting a league meet is an on point political statement. Not swimming a season would break hundreds of swimmers' hearts.
