You just hit the nail on the head! FARMS kids are great until they mess with my home value.

And, for all you whining about the distance, you do realize that it’s 3 miles between Wootton HS and Downtown Crown?  3.5 freaking miles.  We aren’t talking 35 miles. It’s 3.5 miles.  I’m sure you drive further than that to go to the mall or out to eat. Your kids will be fine adding 3.5 miles to their daily drive. If they aren’t, then they probably shouldn’t be driving to school. Also ridiculous because Fallsmead Elementary School includes people from the Washingtonian/Rio center and has hovered with a FARMS rate of 17-20% because the Washingtonian area is lower income. Haven't heard anyone complaining about how horrendous it was to send their kids to Fallsmead over the years because it was a higher FARMS school than Lakewood. [/quote]
