MVC should be seen here only as an example. There are many reasons to think that Woodward will have poor class offering - high FARMS typically means not much interest in advanced courses, Arts classes will demand resources, lack of teachers since it will be a new school, ...[/quote]

35% is high. Next county will becpome 50% and you will say it;s not high. Anything higher than 20% starts impacting school and in Woodward, it will have issues anyway die to opening new.

MCPS is trying to ceoncentrate poverty intentioanlly in one school when WJ and Woodward is less than one mile on the same road.
