[/quote] No, have you read the transcript? This was a terrible call protocol, and helps explain why response times are often so poor in the UK. They don't need to know how long he has known the girl, or how he knows her or anything. If someone is in danger, they should try to ascertain the address. Baron kept trying to correctly redirect the dispatcher back to that important fact.[/quote]
