[/b][/quote] Is this meant to be sarcastic? Around 30% of inmates in the USA are mentally ill; some went in that way and others become that way from living the conditions of the incarcerated. Former prosecutor and former defender here who has seen the system from the inside out. I do believe that if human society survives climate change we will one day look back at this era as terribly misguided at best and more so depraved in terms of our treatment of the mentally ill/mentally disordered among us.[/quote]
