No, the answer is that it did not matter what any democrat said about immigration because MAGA republicans live in an alternate reality of fake news and have zero interest in actually understanding the problems and solutions , they just wast fast and harsh. They are authoritarian and fascist and don’t like the slow pace of democracy, due process, or the immigration process.  There is nothing true that a democrat could say to them that hey would believe or agree with. [/quote]
