There are lies and also tons of fake photos (pure AI and lots of staged stuff). My outrage would be entirely dependent on whatever is shown to me or from engagement with activists who would obviously work hard to promote their agenda no matter what it is. Recently there was a photo of an overweight woman holding an emaciated boy in her arms that's been circulating on X. It appears that her poor child is suffering from some condition and it's not starvation because the woman appears to be very well fed. Some of the comments pointed out that a child in this condition should not be subjected to the horrible realities of war, and I fully agree with this. But as far as some accounts pandering this as an example of wartime starvation, I don't appreciate being taken for an idiot. So, OP, what would you like us to do?[/quote]
