Getting eyelash extensions (tasteful length) is actually lower maintenance when you get older and start to lose your lashes compared to putting on mascara every day. 
I had a huge roll of skin below my belly button after giving birth that caused me to have to buy pants that were 2-3 sizes bigger than I wore as soon as that was removed with a tummy tuck. Wearing pants that are too big for your butt in order to accommodate your stomach roll usually means that you have a really loose fit on your ass, which is really unattractive. I was married at the time, but I'm quite certain that very few men would have asked me out on dates if I'd been single with that skin hanging there.

As I've aged, I've gotten melasma, skin tags, and moles, which cost about $500+ to have removed every other year or so. They look hideous and even though this is a cosmetic "fix" that involves knives and expensive lasers, I don't think any man would say I'm less attractive after having them removed.

As for push up bras, once you've breast fed you almost always have sagging breasts that need a lot of support to look good, so push up bras become necessary to look normal. You can't seriously think men prefer that you wear a loose bra that allows your breasts to sag, do you???
