Wearing pants that are too big for your butt in order to accommodate your stomach roll usually means that you have a really loose fit on your ass, which is really unattractive. I was married at the time, but I'm quite certain that very few men would have asked me out on dates if I'd been single with that skin hanging there.
As I've aged, I've gotten melasma, skin tags, and moles, which cost about $500+ to have removed every other year or so. They look hideous and even though this is a cosmetic "fix" that involves knives and expensive lasers, I don't think any man would say I'm less attractive after having them removed.
As for push up bras, once you've breast fed you almost always have sagging breasts that need a lot of support to look good, so push up bras become necessary to look normal. You can't seriously think men prefer that you wear a loose bra that allows your breasts to sag, do you???

One of my friends is 50 years old and looks like she’s 30. She’s spent probably around $200k, and she looks great.
Does she work fulltime and have a real career?
Or just doll up each day to impress other similar women out and about at lunch?

As a man who regularly goes to gym, wears nice clothes, and has a healthy diet I'll assume women appreciate men like me.
But perhaps women have different criteria for men. I have seen some very attractive women, who put a lot of effort into their looks including cosmetic procedures if needed with extremely unattractive and sloppy men.

My wife works out 3-4 times a week, gets botox occasionally, cuts and colors her hair and got fake boobs right after we got married.
We’ve been married 22 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better wife or mother to our son. Its like she’s all things in one person: wife, girlfriend, business partner, co-parent, fwb, someone to grow old with, etc.
Just because someone has fake boobs doesn’t mean they’re a bad person.

Guy here - 100% yes to working out and dressing up. Why wouldn’t you want to date someone who stays fit - especially if thats your lifestyle as well.

Dying your hair is something some insane percent of women do. Working out is, you know, medically indicated for everyone. Many people use crest white strips
