Absolutely correct regarding Springfield. West Springfield is literally on the edge of both Fairfax Station and Burke and North Springfield is practically Annandale. [/quote]

Annandale is way underpriced in my opinion. Solid older homes on huge lots with mature trees. Great access to 495 and 395. Terrific food scene and grocers.[/quote].

The only part of Annandale that is booming is Wakefield chapel where they are tearing down 1970s homes and building McMansions.

And that because that part goes to Woodson.

But agree, it is a steal if you can get a lot cheap.[/quote]
