No evidence he was a terrorist or a gang member, only Venezuelan. The judge's daughter let him live in a casita on her property (basically a guest house but the one's I'm familiar with are small and basic), the daughter (and perhaps the whole family) is into guns and shooting and she let the guy handle and shoot her guns. Which turns out is a felony if you are not an authorized immigrant, which she should have known--the photos I've seen did not show the judge and the Venezuelan guy together with guns--and should not have allowed, although a pretty benign version of the law regarding unlawful "possession" of firearms (eg a felon can't live in the same house with a gun unless the right to own a gun has been restored). I don't think he's been charged, but he did resign. [/quote]
