It’s not IQ, it’s the conspiracy mindset.  Starting in the 1960’s there has been a constant drumbeat that you can’t trust authority, and what “they” say must be a lie.  After sixty years we now make up our own truths, and cherry pick bits of “data” across the internet to prove our points.  [/quote]

But people believe all of that junk because they have very low IQ.  Go lookup IQ rankings by country. America is low. It's also why hardcore bible thumpers still exist in the US and there are large swaths of the country where they pump religion everywhere every day.  Very low IQ people.
