They were under no legal obligation to cooperate with the investigation. And they didn’t destroy evidence, etc.[/quote] Don’t know if you saw, Gabby‘s parents file a wrongful death suit against them and it was settled. So it looks like they had to face some consequences. The agony of having you our child lay in the wilderness for weeks when Brian called his mom within hours and admitted what he had done. [/quote]
