Show me a modern day homegrown talent on the girls side that went through a club from u little to where they are now from around here? Highly doubt you'll find one.[b] It just doesn't happen her in the states. It might happen elsewhere, certainly not here, and it's certainly not the norm.[/b]

It's not "the norm" anywhere really. Yes, some players stay with one club from youth to senior level but it isn't like it is the only way in Europe.  Plenty of players leave a club for another, perhaps "better club" during youth level football.

As this is about girls I will show you some professional players, all internationals for their respective countries, who have moved clubs.

This is only from three of the biggest women's clubs in England.  Not all of these women are English.  It is common in all countries for girls to try and find somewhere that better suits them. It's not a U.S. thing. It happens everywhere.   Staying at one club from a youngster to senior level happens but it is not as common as you think in other parts of the world.
