DD is a 9th grader now, and that teacher has been her worst teacher to date (there were issues beyond what I outlined). Somehow, she magically ended up with 4s in everything by the end of the year, and 4s consistently every year since in ES. She has also not brought home anything less than an A since middle school, in all honors/AP, and is accelerated in math.

IOW, talk to the teacher. Maybe there is a problem, and maybe there isn't. No way to tell by just looking at the report card.
