I have several old friends who live in LA and have had to evacuate. They all saw people with blowtorches walking around. One has Ring footage on the cloud of a guy torching her house. It’s not just the dude who got let off by the mayor.[/quote]

SoCal native here: 
Two of the fires are being investigated as arson and they have brought in a ton of Feds on these cases. A family member of mine is with LAPD and they are involved in working the cases.

My guess is that they will announce something in next few days once they get more concrete evidence in hand. [/quote]
