Everyone already spent four years with Trump. They reelected him because they are more comfortable with that than they are with what Democrats have to offer. The pressure for the next four years is on Democrats to present an alternative to Trump that people can get behind. So far, the only thing that the Democrats are doing is replacing their octogenarians in leadership with the unreformed progressives that helped to drive them into this ditch.
