IMO her failure was somewhat not her fault because Biden run again and that set her up for having to jump in in the last moment. But biggest problem is money in politics. Everyone gets into it for grift. Grift is first, winning is the second objective. Her objective was winning, I'm sure, but having short time to manage her campaign lots of grifters took advantage and now they are looking for someone to blame so they can get to grift again next time.

That's not to say grift is only on Dem side, it's far worse on the right and they aren't even bothering to hide it.
