That would help a lot to enable landlords to get rid of dangerous tenants. Currently, DC requires that a violent tenant be criminally convicted AND have all appeals exhausted in order to qualify for eviction. I also wouldn't mind a return to a Control Board structure. This Council has done it to themselves. [/quote]
