I’ll be honest and say that I personally am way more productive at home— it’s mostly from just working more (because I am not commuting) and being more comfortable (not stuck with a windowless office which is too hot or too cold 80% of the time). But I do think something is lost esp for more junior employees not having everyone together— the pre and post meeting chats etc. I think overall we’ve gained more than we’ve lost but it’s not like we’ve lost nothing[/quote]
