That I have to explain it because you don't know by now, is the problem. The people you've mentioned EARNED what they have. Their educations were not handed to them. Dubya was a C student who got into Yale and maintained his stellar mediocrity and got him into HBS. Trump was a sh*t student and only got into Wharton because of who his brother knew:

Bill Clinton: Rhodes Scholar (do you think his single mother's influence got him that?)

Obama: First black editor of HLR (Read above)

Carter: USNA, etc...

Truman: May not have had a degree, but if you look at his work history, NOTHING was handed to him.
