This article was a complete joke. Yeah so reformed -  from a cold-blooded juvenile killer to passing out in a moving vehicle with an illegal gun on his lap.

If anything this absurd article throws into relied that the “violence interrupter”
programs are most likely keeping the participants mired in the same neighborhoods that made them criminals in the first place. Maybe Justin would still be alive if instead of getting paid to literally go right back to the same criminal milleau, he was sent to a vocational training program so he could actually use his good qualities in gainful employment.
