I'm that person who goes for a walk or run every single day, handing out a small wave/smile to the regulars. Then I may chat with the neighbors, before retreating indoors and working from home. I run errands a few times a week, because it's great to kill 2 birds with one stone (I'll walk there). On weekends, I go to coffee after my Sunday class with friends. Normal introverts aren't afraid of going outside or making eye contact, or having some conversation a few days a week with people outside of your household. [/quote]
