Anyone have experience comparing Janney, Lafayette and Murch? We are looking to buy a house in the area. Chances are it will just come down to where we can get the best house for the money. For 3 bedrooms, eat in kitchen, yard and proximity to the bus what do you think I should be expecting to pay?
depends on how you judge the criteria you just spelled out. Is an eat-in-kitchen mean seperate dining room, or a kitchen dining area that has been opened up? can the 3rd bedroom be extremely small basically an office/den type room (as many of them are in these houses)? is a tiny patch of grass a yard? Most of the small houses on the smaller lots can fit that description, but from the way you worded it sounds like you're looking for a larger house. Bus proximity sounds strange, do you mean metro? honestly, you should just go on redfin or any of the real estate sites and look at what's for sale/pending/just sold and that would give you a much better idea than asking for random advice...
