People aren't moving away from Clarendon- they keep building high-rises all along the R-B Corridor and people are moving in. In fact there is a proposal to build a luxury high-rise apartment building right across the street from this location. I have no idea of the timeframe but something will go in this space. Eventually this parcel will be redeveloped but it's doubtful it would happen anytime soon with all the stormwater management issues at that site. [/quote]
