Make regular homemade meals with some meat and eat as we did before the canned and prepackaged meal revolution and before the take-out insanity.[/quote] Your basic premise is entirely false because we have lost track of what normal eating habits are. Americans (and the world) are gaining tons of weight. Nearly every day, someone comes into this subgroup and says a variation of “I eat healthy and I cannot lose weight.” The first questions should be - what are you eating and how much. Often the how much gets lost around. That’s what counting does, helps you be sure about how much you are eating until you can reset your internal system. [b]You sound so angry. I wonder why.
