I have two young Swifties (that I took to one of the earlier Europe concert stops) and totally get how awful it would have been to have had to break to them them at the last minute that the show was canceled.

However I also find it super sad that because the concert was canceled you would just completely scrap a trip to an amazing city and world class tourist destination rather than trying to make the best of it and finding fun things to do to show them they could still have a great vacation. [/quote]

A European friend was supposed to go to this show and told me Austria has been overrun with police due to the threat. They cancelled their trip. [/quote]

I’m the PP posting from Vienna. Today was the first I’ve seen police presence. I would hardly call it overrun. It was really beautiful listening to the group of Swifties singing in the shopping square today. Very uplifting. We took the U (metro) and felt perfectly safe.[/quote]
