PSA would definitely want to wait until the last minute on demoting current kids so kids can't make decisions on leaving until it is too late, aka after most other programs tryouts. This is a good way to build team depth for one season but don't be surprised if a bunch leave mid next year or after next year.

Does beg the question (which  I don't have any inside info.) on when and how negotiations with Coach and PSA started and did they start with the outgoing PSA boys lead? Curious on how the sausage is made but can't imagine it will go public.[/quote]
