I work at an ES and the principal and AP are both pretty even with all the kids. And as a teacher I may have some kids who are my favorites, but the kids who are from that will never know because I am a professional and I smile at them warmly every day even if know they are going to cause my problems. Because it’s my job to make them feel welcomed and many teachers and administrators do that without showing their favorites. [/quote]
