This sums up MV in a nutshell. No real coaching or development. If it goes well, it’s because the team has talent and he’ll take credit. If it doesn’t, full spin cycle. He wasn’t the coach or it’s the players fault for sucking. He’ll claim victory for the 08s relative success. He’s not listed as the coach but he’s the coach in this case. 09s crash and burn, he’s not the coach. He’ll demand that he coaches the 08 at Union for a third year because good players overcome mediocre coaching. No real substance. I can confirm that they did not all end up in a much better situation.[/quote]

By this argument, it means the strongest Union teams exist because of the talented (SYC) players and not due to the McLean coaching or player pool. [/quote]
