So, putting aside why anyone would pay that on a busy road and under a highway in the sky, let's say you have the correct knowledge of his base salary. We know he has other purchases, large expenses, and is the only one earning, yes? How is he buying a house for $6m, and putting in $25m? Even at that base salary, none of this adds up.

I think he must have a consortium of investors pitching in money. This Foxhall Road house has been under construction for soooooooooo long. Did they even live in it?

It's a spec house, but they put in a few pieces of art and some of their clothes to help with the photos.

His new house in Florida was sold for $37M and he took out a $24M mortgage.
Bought a house for $12M in Florida in 2022 (with mortgage of $9M) and now on the market for $16.4M
