It's a spec house, but they put in a few pieces of art and some of their clothes to help with the photos.

His new house in Florida was sold for $37M and he took out a $24M mortgage.
Bought a house for $12M in Florida in 2022 (with mortgage of $9M) and now on the market for $16.4M
