Bowser didn’t particularly want the FBI to stay.  Suburban brown-bagging square federal agents did not fit in her vison for a “vibrant” urbanist DC.  Of course, now that the downtown economy is flatlining she is begging Biden to force the federal workforce to commute full time.[/quote]

This is true. Bowser took for granted that there would always be interest in downtown, big and small tenants pushing past each other to be there. It's like she never saw downtown pre tony williams when NO ONE wanted to be there. She fell for the vibrant GGW garbage. How shortsighted.[/quote]
