It is very sad and upsetting because more retirements will be announced over the next 1-2 months. Who's going to lead all these schools - our kids schools?!!!?

I must say it is great to see this thread champion a couple of great principals. Hopefully actions toward these 2 ladies and to unnamed others match the sentiments behind the words. A little kindness from our school communities goes a long way when there's such dissatisfaction and angst due to the current state of MCPS.  I am speaking to myself because I need to and will do better. Reading these boards is a wake up call! ☹️[/quote]
