[/quote] What is your budget max? I think MSU is about 55K OOS with room and board and if they can get 15K merit that would bring it to 40K (ish). UMass-Amherst is also about 55K OOS with room and board - I am not sure what is the potential merit award. University of Delaware is also about 55K OOS with room and board and I think 10-15K in merit OOS wasn’t uncommon in past years.[/quote]
