Zero reason they couldn’t get to all their facilities and pre-treat and plow parking lots. Less than zero. The snow that fell during the day yesterday was flurries that didn’t stick or accumulate a lot. Once properly treated the refreeze issue is a lot less of a concern. This is their job to plan for and manage these situations. People complain about APS so much on here for what I think are unfair things a lot of times and then something like this I don’t get all the apologists.
