The whole point with the nannies is that an employer who lives in the city can give their nanny their permit so that they won't get ticketed. The OP is talking about people who give their friends who work in an office their permits so that they don't have to pay for a real parking spot. HUGE difference. The nanny thing is the whole point of having the visitor permit. The friend thing is abuse of that.[/quote]
