Special ed costs are going to blow up FCPS. The rest of the students suffered too and get no compensation. Special ed students in other areas get no compensation. It’s not fair to the other students or the system that we are in the hook for paying all this money to a subset of students.[/quote]

No. OCR is setting a legal precedent at the expense of FCPS. The angry, unreasonable, and even greedy parents are milking it to meet their own needs while turning a blind eye to the damage it does to the school system. And justifying it because they have children with a disability and claiming they didn’t receive FAPE During an unprecedented time in our world’s history. [/quote]
