I would live in Italy, have a gardener help me grow most of our food, help select the freshest ingredients, a chef that mentors me to learn how to cook real Italian food. Dabble in making my own wine. Consult at a local museum on preservation and exhibitions. Be a part of a tight-knit community that throws Friday dinners together. All my college friends just happened to retire in this town together. I'd have time to play the sports that I love. Make art in a studio with friends. Travel a few times a year. My extended family lives close (but not too close) lol. The local restaurants and bars all know us by name.

It's a fantasy because everything that makes me happy would all land in the same country and town. People would actually know each other, embrace and love one another. I feel like I don't have a ton of that here. [/quote]
