They didn't used to. People used to marry real people. First off Hot, stunning, and beautiful are the same thing. Kind and good personality also probably mean the same thing to the person who wrote this. So basically, it is saying men these days want people who are good looking, good in bed, and don't disagree. In other words, inhuman. Despite them being human themselves. They made a movie about this called the Stepford Wives. They killed the woman and created robot women.

It would also be shallow if there was a dating service for women to only pick 45-year-old hot men who made millions that they would just hand over with no disagreements either. It's just shallow. Most men want to be able to have flaws as well as assets and want to be real people who have capacity to make money but also have loyalty when times are hard and aren't being used for it.

Nobody here said that personality is not important but unless a woman is hot, a rich man will not bother to find out about her personality.  It is like applying for a job, you might have all the qualifications but if your resume does not pass HR, in most cases, you're likely not get the job.[/quote]
