In my experience, tho, the people who've cut off family did so because of toxicity and they can't take it anymore. Why would you want to cut off family for any other reason? Simply because you're not interested in a relationship? IDK anyone who has ever cut off family like this, although I've known families that drifted apart.[/quote]
