We are at CCES. Here are the results for 4th grade 2022 MCAP included with the report:

MCPS average 751
CCES average: 764 (keep in mind CCES has a regional CES for 4th)

Overall scoring legend:

Level 1 (begining learner) 650-724 -->13% of MD students
Level 2 (developing learner) 725-749 --> 41% of MD students
Level 3 (proficient learner) 750-778 --> 41% of MD students
Level 4 (distinguished learner) 779-850 --> 6% of MD students

Subscores - ELA

Reading: 
(assessed on scale of 10-90; 50 is considered proficient):
MD average 49
MCPS average 51
CCES average 58

Writing:
(assessed on a scale of 10-60; 35 is considered proficient)
MD average 31
MCPS average 32
CCES average 37
