You misunderstood. Kids where schools opened did just as badly as kids who were remote. Florida schools had similar learning loss to Moco.

I received my current 4th grader's today, and the results look more or less the same as I remember from my pre-covid older child. Certainly not catastrophically bad for a group of kids who were remote for part of 1st and most of 2nd.

It's a new test so they probably need to analyze the data and come up with the scoring.
